Building meaningful Professional Learning Communities is the foundation of getting the work of creating high quality pedagogists complete. This training is led by Maria Silvestri, one of the architects of the Terrier House PLC. The Terrier House was named a model program by NEASC and drastically changed students' success metrics.

This training will cover best practices in PLC building, including:

• Building in metrics for students and teachers alike

• Ways to utilize Advisory programs

• Dealing with negative faculty and staff

• Ways to increase student learning and staff self-reflection
